Terranea Resort’s Inaugural Food and Wine Festival

On Sunday, July 21, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Terranea Resort is thrilled to host its inaugural Food and Wine Festival at The Meadows. Attendees can look forward to a day of gourmet cuisine and fine beverages, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.
Event Highlights:
- Culinary Delights: Seasonal dishes crafted by Terranea’s award-winning chefs, along with specialties from top local and regional eateries.
- Beverages: Fine wines and brews from renowned local purveyors such as DAOU Vineyards, Grgich Hills Estate, and Santa Monica Brew Works. Spirits from Bulleit, Hendrick’s, Herradura, Jack Daniels, Ketel One, and Tito’s will also be available for tasting.
- Live Music: Performances by Upstream, a leading Southern California reggae and Caribbean band, and The AstroYachts, a popular yacht rock band.
- Family Fun: A variety of family-friendly games and activities.

2ND & PCH Welcomes Summer with Free Events in June

Welcome summer with a series of exciting family-friendly and free outdoor events this June at 2ND & PCH, Long Beach’s premier outdoor shopping center.
Long Beach Strong Beach: Join the center’s free pop-up outdoor exercise series on Wednesdays through June 19th, in partnership with Vuori Clothing. Led by Purple Yoga, the class runs from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the scenic 2ND & PCH center grass lawn. After the workout, enjoy refreshments at the Vuori Clothing store.
The series returns on Saturday, June 22nd, and Sunday, June 23rd for a Summer Pride Month Edition event from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This special event includes goodie bags featuring 2ND & PCH fitness tenants and more for $25 per person, with all proceeds donated to charity. Red Cross Blood Drive: Donate blood on Monday, June 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bloodmobile on Seaport Way. Walk-ups are welcome, pending availability, or book an appointment by visiting redcrossblood.org and using the sponsor code "2NDPCH" under "Find A Blood Drive." Fill out the health history questionnaire in advance at redcrossblood.org/rapidpass.
Beachside Beats Fest: Enjoy live music with the center’s concert series on Thursday, June 13th and 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. June 13th features SEVILLE, a funk and jazz tribute to Juneteenth on the main stage, and June 27th features country/pop music and a free line dance class on the grand staircase. The series continues with:
- July 11: TurnTABLES Band, 80’s throwbacks DJ set & performance | Main stage
- July 25: HONORE, RnB top hits | Grand staircase
- August 8: Duo with Dasha, current top 40 all-genre music | Grand staircase
- August 22: Reggae/island music | Main stage
- September 19: Salsa/cumbia music & salsa class | Grand staircase
PCH Explorers Kids Club: Tidepool Animal Exploration: Dive into an underwater adventure on Friday, June 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in partnership with Long Beach’s Aquarium of the Pacific. Discover fascinating marine life and learn from expert aquarists in this hands-on event. RSVP for timed entry at 2ndandpch.com/events.
Movies & Moonlight: Enjoy a viewing of "WISH" on Friday, June 28th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Movies are free to the community with self-seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Bring your own low-profile lawn chairs and blankets. Pets are welcome but must remain leashed.
Pop-Up Markets: Shop small and support local businesses at the pop-up markets hosted at the center in June, featuring dozens of artisans, vendors, photo opportunities, and live entertainment. The 714 Market is on Saturday, June 8th from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Unidos Vendor Market: Under the Sea is on Saturday, June 29th from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
